Source Medications and Provide Price Comparisons
Once you send us a valid USA doctor’s prescription, we’ll get to work finding you the best available price for your medication. Sometimes, this might be through free or discount prescription programs at local pharmacies or grocery stores. If that’s the case, we’re happy to let you know about those opportunities. Other times, your best price will be sourced from our pharmacy providers. In this case, we’ll provide you with a price quote for a 90 day supply of your medication.
You can rest assured that you won’t be subject to a high-pressure sales pitch. We’re here to provide honest advice, dedicated service, and savings solutions for you and your family members.
Our Florida-Based Customer Care Team Will Provide Attentive & Thorough Service
We will provide you with a receipt for each order as well as a report of your order history for your records and tax purposes.
We will manage your refills through direct contact with you for order confirmation. We will not order your medications without your authorization, and if a new prescription is needed, with your consent we will contact your doctor for a new script.
We guarantee that orders that are not received after 60 days from shipment will be replaced at no charge.*

Establish and Manage Customer Profiles
If you decide to place an order through our service, we’ll establish a customer profile for you that includes your health history and billing information. Then, we’ll send your prescription to our pharmacy providers to be filled and shipped directly from the pharmacy to your door. You can expect your medications to arrive in 25-30 business days from the time of your order.*
Once you’ve placed an order with us, we’ll add your profile to our tracking system, which notifies us in advance when it’s time to refill your prescription. We’ll contact you for confirmation and place your order in advance so you won’t experience a gap in medication. We never order refills without your approval.
Your personal information will not be shared with anyone outside of the pharmacy that is filling your prescription.
*In some cases, medications may arrive much sooner.
Give Back with Our Charity of Choice Program
We designed our Charity of Choice program so that we could partner with our customers to give back to the local community. When you place an order with us, you can select from a list of charities that serve the Sarasota area. Each time you place an order, Canada Med Services/Discount Prescription Services will make a donation to your selected charity on your behalf.
