Frequently Asked Questions

We work solely with a network of pharmacy providers who are licensed in the United States or through the regulatory licensing agencies of Canada or New Zealand. We have worked with our network for the past 18 years and have established personal relationships with our pharmacy providers  – this ensures we have access to a consistent knowledge base of trained pharmacists and regulated pharmacies.

We’ve also adopted these safety measures:

  • All products used by our pharmacy providers are from FDA-approved or similarly inspected manufacturing facilities.
  • We do not work with online pharmacies, some of which get their drugs from unregulated sources.
  • Pharmacy providers maintain your profile in their database so they have up-to-date records of your prescriptions. Any drug interactions or questions that the pharmacy has will be directed to you and your physician.
  • All orders are filled and shipped directly to your requested address from our licensed pharmacy provider.

Yes. All orders require a valid USA Doctors Prescription

Orders will be placed for a 90-Day Supply

We are not able to except “E Scribe” Prescriptions from your Doctor.

If you are given a prescription you can ask for a paper copy and let the Doctor know that you would like to shop for the best price. You may end up using our service, or that of another pharmacy – having the paper script from your Doctor will let you make that choice. Note that you have the right to price shop and paper scripts are the way to do so.

Absolutely! We can help you find the best options for your budget and needs. We’re happy to provide information about local pharmacies with medication programs and give you a free price quote so you can compare costs to see what works best for you.

Once you’ve placed an order with us, we’ll add you to our refill system. When it’s time to refill your prescription, we’ll contact you directly for your approval. We make sure to allow enough time for your new order to be delivered to your home so you don’t have to go without.

If you need a new prescription at time of refill, with your permission we will contact your Doctor directly.

Our pharmacy providers can fill up to 90-day prescriptions.

We do not provide narcotics, opioids, or medications requiring refrigeration.

Personal checks are preferred as the primary method of payment for your orders. We will email you an invoice for your order – this will give you the information on where to send the check to.

In the event that you would like an invoice mailed to you, we can do so on request.

If you have any questions about payment options, please contact our team at (877) 662-5441 or (941) 927-3600.

We do not process any insurance, however, our prices are often less than the cost of insurance copays. Additionally, many of our customers do not have insurance or need prescriptions that aren’t covered under their current plan.
